Long road run. Averaging 18.5 out and 17mph back with "Team Sanjan Designs". Good bunch of lads. Did a rip up last 10 miles to the T stop. What a T stop. More like a full Sunday lunch. Windy coming back. Windsurfing would have been better in the afternoon than cycling, except I was 30 miles from home. Came back with Neil from Flitwick, Tim and a young lap who'd done 100 the day before. Felt good all the way really.
